Rumah Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Cacat (RKKKC) was founded and registered in 1968 by parents who have children with disabilities. RKKKC is registered with Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat and the Registrar of Society, which is a Non Governmental Organization (NGO). This centre cares for children suffering from Cerebral Epilepsy, Hip Dislocation, Severe Mental Retardation, Anarthira (speech disabilities), Autism and Spastic Tetraplegia (incapable of standing without support).
